Unsure if Expedition logbook hoards are broken or just unrewarding?

I've done lush isle twice in a row now and hype juiced up chests to drop additional rewards, and then ended on these hoards that you need to blow up the barricade to enter -- however I am frankly stunned at the fact that in both scenarios now, across 4 different hoards, I have consistently been getting 1-2 augmentations and 1-2 transmutations as my rewards for these extremely juiced hoards at the end of my chains. I cannot imagine that this is intended especially seeing as this is a lvl 82 zone, it just feels frankly silly to me.
