Amulet slot is not working

**fixed, not a bug**
Equipping amulets don't do anything for my character. Values on the character sheet don't change, and neither do spirit/hp/mp/energy shield values. This issue seems to affect only this character, which I've respecced and rebuilt several times prior to this bug. Edit: added imgur links.
