Inability to access trade website "Your connection is restricted"

Encountered this issue while accessing trade website, and i cant seem to resolve it? I emailed support and they have not replied yet, have anyone else gone through the same issue?

I've emailed GGG support email. I forgot to mention that i use two pc to play the game, one in my house and my parents house, so i might have been tagged as some kind of bot due to accessing trade website from multiple ip addresses?
