“Endless Blizzard” does not update the DPS of the tooltip until the gem is set again.

After Allocated "Endless Blizzard", the DPS does not update until I remove the gem and re-attach it.
I am not sure if this is a tooltip display issue or if it is not actually reflected.

If skill points are used, the DPS will remain updated even after moving to a new area if the gem is removed,

However, when "Megalomaniac" is used, even if the Gem is removed, the DPS will return to the state before the update when the area is moved.
