No need for extra tabs when there is no loot. No need for extra tabs for poe1 when there is no new league. I certainly hope GGG sees the reduced purchase $$ and thinks, "hmm we may have a problem here".

went with the premium bundle. seems to be the best offer.

I like premium bundlee for general things, 1 QUAD for dumping things without looking to much (i set the value for 1 exalted and always check the item when someone messages me to see if its not underpriced).

I Also upgraded all my normal ones to premium because why not? It's cheap and makes easier to price stuff that i want to sell in a bigger price range.

For poe2 there isnt rly much to hoard, just raw pages are good i guess

For poe1 i can recommend map, fragments and maybe divination + essence tab, but if you dont play poe1 just hold on your points

Unique, delirium, blight, delve and flask tabs are "bad" (not needed) for both games

I'd recommend quads instead of many normal premium ones. Normal ones fill quite fast when you dump random 10ex/20ex/40ex/etc items there. And most likely you never move items from one tab to another, you want to change the price for whole tabs occasionally.
