Bug

My Mahuxotl's Machination Omen Crest Shield is applying it's "increased effect of Socketed Soul Cores" to the soul cores socketed in my Atziri's Acuity Moulded Mitts. This only happens while my attribute travel nodes that allocate "Strength" are 1 or less. I have tried multiple gloves, both rare and unique, and this only happens with Atziri's Acuity Moulded Mitts. I have tested this on multiple characters and with other players and any time we had 1 or less "Strength" nodes allocated, this occurred.
