Unset Rings should have a little bit more value

When I look at all the rings in the games, each one comes with a useful implicit. When I look at Unset rings, they simply provide an "additional" skill slot if you happen to fill all your skills. For most classes and situations, this additional skill slot is unnecessary.

I was thinking how the ring type could be more helpful in general and I thought of the attribute reduction requirements. Why not have the unset rings provide a [10-20%] attribute requirement reduction to whatever skill is set in its slot?

Honestly I think its fine as is. Some classes need it, some don't, like the accuracy on Emerald Rings. My invoker monk is loaded on so many spirit gems that I'm honestly tempted to have an unset ring for a ranged option since I've run out of skill slots.
I'm not saying they should not add a skill, I am just trying to make them more appealing to those who do not use every skill slot - sometimes getting a single skill to fit becomes troublesome and thus the unset having an inherent 10-20 attribute reduction on the skill would help make some builds possible. Spirit is already a mechanic that already caps abusive mass skill combos from occurring. Thus, adding a skill slot as opposed to getting 10 resist all, the resist is much more appealing then.
