Trial of the Sekhemas - Worn Sandals Affliction Bugged

Worn sandals affliction isn't just affecting movement speed.

For some reason its targeting my attack speed as well.

Maybe action speed in general along with movespeed?

Not sure but my attack speed is severely reduced after getting this affliction.
