Infinite Passive Point Exploit

I juiced a t15 map, it had four events on it. I opened the portals to said map but I never entered any of them. At that moment I was lvl 80. I remember because I was searching for level 80 items on the website. I had put that level 80 point into cold penetration. It was a big node for my build.

I exited the game to desktop. I did not click log out. I come back from what I was doing I logged back in and realized I Lost the juiced map despite never setting foot on it.

It was only later that I realized that I had also Lost A Level despite never stepping onto a map in order to the lose that level.

The reason I didn't notice at first is because I still had the node that I put in at Level 80 despite being Level 79.

The issue with this is that this could be misused to gain infinite amount of passive points at a lower levels of endgame. Because it's much easier to gain a level at level 80 rather than the 90s due to the large difference in exp requirements. And if there is a cap on how many levels that a player can have, then this would allow you to go over the cap since the passive points are no longer tied to the levels gained.

I was mad about losing my first juiced t15 map despite not even setting foot on it. I was just going to let it go. But then I realized that I lost a level too and still kept the passive point from the level I lost. All this while never entering a map too

That's a huge issue.

Why do you even open a Map in the first Place, just to go AFK after it?
For how long did you steped away?
From my understanding you just opend a Instance and with 15 mins of no activity inside it it would close automaticly

It was my first time doing a. Juiced T15 map. I wanted to be completely refreshed when attempting it so I decided to put it off for a bit. If losing the map is supposed to be normal than whats not normal is also losing a level and still keeping the passive point from the level that I lost

I forgot to mention that. I lost the level despie I was only standing in my hideout.

First try to make sure its not a misunderstading.

You can do that by counting your current passive skill points applied

You should have your level + 24.

I have all the passive points in supposed to have. But I still have the node that I got when I was level 80. It was a main node of cold penetration for a monk so it's a significant increase in power. I went down a level and I still have that node.

I just counted the points I should have. A normal level 79 with all the passive points should have 102 passive nodes. I have 103. I even made a new character to check if we get a passive node at level 1, we do not.
