Please fix Rolling Slam atk speed, for the love of the god
Why leap is more efficient than rolling slam?
I don't wanna play as super mario build. I love rolling slam im still playing with this skill lv 1 to 86, but i can't do breaches... the skill is too slow regardless the atk speed i have. Theres no reason for this restriction since all classes can clear the screen effortlessly, even Titan with leap or earthquake. Im warrior and slow pacing enjoyer, i just want this skill to be viable endgame. Last bumped on Jan 3, 2025, 2:35:29 AM

" The good classes clear off-screen. |

Thats sad, i don't think the game is suposed to be played this way

The skill is actually well-designed, it fits the vision of a mechanical gameplay. Act 3 onwards are just complete garbage cooked by incompetent interns.
I propose to delete Warrior and Merc to satisfy the power-creeps and return to poe1. |

" Yes, but it doens't match endgame if you remove atk speed scaling. |

I am playing Rolling Slam (along with other utility skills like Shield Charge for mobility and single target/small AoE, Molten Blast (?) for ranged functionality, Ancestral Totem, Perfect Strike for stunned bosses/elites). Build Empower charges, shout then Slam the crap out of stuff. It's really fun.
Its a really fun playstyle but I fear doesn't fare well into endgame. The fact RS does not scale well with Attack Speed is a bit of an issue - it has a fixed 1.5 seconds added so the AS only applies to the base attack time before that. At lower levels like Cruel 1-3 it was awesome and pretty much 1-shot bosses right up to the end. Later on you take a lot of damage while the attack winds up so have to be very tactical. Still run once you get rolling it can 1-shot whole packs at once. I think it does need some love though I am no expert. I know there are strong warrior builds out there but I'm not sure if this can be one of them right now. Would be curious to see how anyone else has this set up and if they are having more luck than I am. Last edited by Orion_3T#9801 on Jan 2, 2025, 11:03:27 AM

" My rolling slam does more damage than perfect strike, even in stuns considering rolling slam is even stronger when enemy is stunned. Damage is not the problem, the problem is that skill doens't match endgame, i can't finish breachs because its too slow. |

" I agree damage isn't the issue. The way I have it set up Rolling Slam 1-shots (well, 2 shot since it strikes twice) mobs while generating Endurance charges but Perfect Strike is usually a much bigger chunk if set up correctly providing the enemy isn't fire resistant. Bosses are a doddle because they are telegraphed and scripted to give openings. Mobs are not. It may not be optimal but it's fun to do the big windup in an opening. I have considered dropping it to make room for something else but it's fun to play with. But I agree the issue as you said is that it's slow, as I mentioned above the +1.5s means Attack Speed barely helps. So it's slow to attack therefore slow to clear and you also can get hit a lot during the windup. Last edited by Orion_3T#9801 on Jan 3, 2025, 2:49:13 AM
