My Early Access is gone and i dont know why

I got me a Key for the PoE2 Early Access. I activated the Key on this Website and then got me the steam Key.
I played without any problems for several days. Though 7 days ago i couldn't login to the game anymore due to missing early access. I also no longer see my early access on my account. Did i get banned for some reason? or is there something I have to do? I have recieved no emails or anything from path of exiles. Last bumped on Jan 1, 2025, 7:44:16 PM

If you have acquired your Path of Exile 2 early access key through a third-party, I'm terribly sorry, however we are unable to assist. Players who have been affected by this must reach out to whomever the player received the key from to check with them regarding the status of their key.
These players can rest assured that their characters, items, and progress will remain as they are until their account is once again eligible to participate in Early Access. I apologise for any inconvenience. | |
