Inconsistent Crossbow Reload/Firing - Bug# 504907354

When using multiple crossbow bolt skills, there are several instances where upon switching from bolt type to bolt type, no firing or reload actions are available to the player character.
This is impacting some of the functional appeal of things like Glacial Bolt to Fragmentation Rounds to freeze/put up an ice wall, then explode it for mob damage. I have noticed this more frequently when using the Dyad Crossbow and having multiple bolts loaded per reload per skill. What I am attempting to do: Fire Glacial Bolt 1 -> Switch to Fragmentation Rounds -> Fire Frag Round 1 -> Switch to Glacial Bolt for cycle 2 of the pattern -- This is getting stuck between the skill switch to Frag Rounds and firing, where no action is occurring -- When this occurs, it results in a gameplay pattern of Glacial Bolt 1 -> Switch to Frag Rounds -> Attempt to Fire Frag Rounds with nothing occurring -> Switch back to Glacial Bolt -> Fire Bolt 2 -> Switch to Frag Rounds What I have to do instead: Fire Glacial Bolt 1 and 2 -> Switch to Frag Rounds -> Fire Frag Rounds 1 and 2 Edit #1: I have gotten around this a bit by using the "Always Attack without Moving" on Crossbow Shot, which enables the preferred gameplay loop. It appears that if you have Crossbow Shot with "Always Attack without Moving" unchecked, it appears to do some sort of range calculation like a melee attack before firing, which seems unintended for a ranged attack pattern.
