Lightning Storm Monster Ability

Turn it off when the monster is stunned and/or frozen and let it remain so for a while. It's supposed to be a reward when we get the monsters affected in such a way, except you can never take advantage of it when the monster has Lightning Storm.

In fact, I think it would be a good idea to turn off ALL monster abilities for a time after they've gotten stunned or frozen ala breaking the Defiance bar in GW2 where the Bounty Mechanics stop working until the Defiance Bar has reformed.
