Trade Site Not updating after sales!

For some reason the trade site is not correctly updating after selling the items. I have been getting requests 20-30 minutes after item is sold and gone. I have even turned off the tab that it was stored in. Please fix. The player base is getting angry at me thinking i am lying about selling the item. !!!!!!!!!

Same thing, but just started today (5th) and only on one item... I've even disabled all trade tabs too. restarted and everything. Driving me CRAZY with the trade messages and random invites.
