PoE 2 and the waypoint problem

I really like the game, altough it's much more challenging as PoE.
But...

(1) it's really annoying that there is loading screen everytime I click (or misclick) the waypoint.
(2) if you click the waypoint from distance you can not return to your hideout (altough the wp screen is loaded).
