Is the speed of raising a shock wave totem affected by attack speed or casting speed?

If it works like I think it does (and I could be wrong), I think it pretty much ignores both and instead looks at totem placement speed, and possibly skill speed.
I think its thump rate may be affected by attack speed though. |
