Atlas Map node Augury No Boss Spawn

I saw many other posts about this map that reported not being able to get into the middle, but I was able to get to the middle and no boss spawned. I tried portal to hideout & back, logout to character select & portal back and nothing will work. My levers are down, red lines on the ground, doors open but nothing in the middle and the map is not complete even with no monsters remaining. I tried to select another map node but it will not open the box to put in the waystone, just makes a clicking sound.
