My feedback after 180+ hours of PoE 2 Warrior gameplay.
Path of Exile 2 Feedback after 180+ hours of playing Warrior:
Warrior: -the passive description for the 2 following Warrior Passive tree descriptions needs to be clearer: -Split the Earth -Mace Aftershock Chance It seems like these 2 Aftershock chances (8% and 10%) apply AFTER you've already procced an Aftershock, so it's a chance for a 3rd or more Aftershock (I think?), it does not specify this (looking at skill dps overviews atleast, the Aftershock from these passives does not stack on the Aftershock Chance %) -Warrior overall feels not only too slow but also very sluggish and locked-in-place, being able to move around more during long skill wind-ups would be great, along overall having faster skill usage, basicly needing more mobility and fluidity. -Would like Earthquake to stack on top of one another, it feels very dissatisfying to use an Earthquake on top of an existing one without it actually doing anything. -About Sunder, using Rolling Slam feels a lot better than using Sunder because you're moving while casting, if Sunder could be a bit faster and have the moving windup that Rolling Slam has, I believe that would feel a lot better, standing still for 2-3 seconds before Sunder goes off makes the ability not only useless in many situations cause of the risk you're taking (chance of getting hit more easily) and the skill just overall feeling very dissatisfying. -About Stampede, the skill as a mobility skill is too sluggish and doesn't feel satisfying to use imo, it has an initial ~1 second windup and than stand still for half a second once it's finished, I would like for this skill to not only have a more fluid and faster windup, but also have more fluidity in chaining any other ability or movement afterwards. Overall, I would love for Warrior to have a lot more mobility and fluidity, it feels the opposite of satisfying and fun to play, yes the Warrior is good in some ways, but I'd rather have the class feel fun, more fluid and satisfying and maybe sacrifice on the damage department, than hit hard and feel meh doing so. I'm sure you know what to do, but just a tip, looking at the decrease in Attack Speed on a lot of passives, getting rid of those and maybe even adding more attack speed across the board in the Warrior passive tree might be good. TL;DR: Warrior feels dissatisfying, not fun, sluggish, slow, out of place and would not only need more mobility, but also a lot more fluidity imo. Overall feedback: -I've heard that when it says "Increased" on a passive, the value is Additive and when it says "More" it's Multiplicative, if this is true, can that be stated more clearly somewhere? (unless it's explained and I missed it, mb if so) -Currently unable to see Skills without using a Skill Gem, I would like to be able to look at all the Skills without needing to interact with one. That all aside, thank you so much for delivering such an amazing start of PoE2, I've been having a great time for the most part and look forward to what the future for the game brings! " I think there is something here I can get on board with and its precision striking. Or getting some movement when doing attacks. You touched on Earthquake. And its still this... pause and attack sort of thing. Maybe there could be some movement and more positioning added to stuff like this. EQ stacking multiple times though with its current output would be... problematic. Youd just make duration last forever, and prep 1 shot a boss once you get powerful enough. I think its probably best that you cant do this. EQ is a unique playstyle and you are supposed to fill in time for it with otherskills. I use earthshatter for example in between it. The decreased attack speed I think is fine given its damage output. You dotn even need to use a 2h, just get a 1h with +melee and phys rolls and youll clear all content. I get some OTHER skills are performing 1000000x over this, really I do. But those are probably not where developers want our damage. I think warrior is ... about 70% correct in what POE2 is supposed to feel like. With some minor tweaks here and there. The videos you see of other things clearing the screen and just continuously walking forward I dont think is intended and will be nerfed. And yes on your sidenote. Multiplicative is "more" and additive is "increased". This is just as unclear as POE1. Mash the clean

Sunder is the worst if you wanna use it as a finishing slam, almost unplayable attack time, accuracy requirements, need fully armour break, critical bonuses that can't effect other skills that basically don't do critical damage.
With all these above, it deals less damage than hammer of the gods... If the user experience needs yo be that dogshit, I think the damage multiplier of sunder should be 3-5 times compared to recent one. |

If you are extremely patient you can get a ton of damage out of sunder on bosses assuming you can stun them and get aftershocks off with seismic cry. Its just so much work though. "Payoff skill" is an understatement.
