Can`t shoot any arrow after opening something...

Why is this happening? Sometimes, I can't shoot anything for a long period of time 3-4sec I can run and dodge, but no arrows come out of the character. I've died because of this way too many times.

I was experiencing the same issue. This happens often but not always, so it is not guaranteed to reproduce. I just died from starting a breach, then found this post. :(
