CRTL skills change with weapon swap

Dear POE2 community,

I find that I do not want to use enough weapon change even though it is really well designed by GGG. We can link skills to a weapon which works well, only I think the system can be made so much better by a small improvement.

In POE2 we can use CTRL to get an extra column of attacks, to my idea I have a hard time getting used to this and never works in any ARPG. It would seem a good solution in my opinion by linking a weapon to all attacks contained in the CTLR button that your attacks change at the bottom of your attacks bar if you carry a different weapon. I play myself with (WASD) and use me 3 mouse buttons for normal attack and weapon 2 attack. then I can make combinations by using me mouse to choose the weapon with an attack, and then automatically my skillbar changes to the good attacks allowing you to make mega combinations with for example ice or electricity.

I would love to hear what you guys think of this idea and if this is a good solution to make the game much better instead of a 1 hit skill game.
