Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel Not Scaling with Other Passives

Hi there, I just slotted in a Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel (Vorana) thinking that I could swap over to a CI build with the energy shield from stacking a lot of strength. However, the extra energy shield gained from altered keystone does not appear to interact with any other nodes best I can tell. I tested Eldritch Battery as well as ES nodes like Patient Barrier. Is this intended?

It is also unaffected by the Gemling's Enhanced Effectiveness talent.

Sorry, one more interaction - the extra HP from Enhanced Effectiveness also does not transfer if you select eldritch battery.

From what I can find, the bonus is 1% incrased ES per 2 Strength, not +1 ES. As a % increased bonus, it's additive with other % increased bonuses.

Eldritch Battery converts ES before %increased or %more modifiers would apply. So, this would be expected.
