Guild Tag Function Not Active?

Editing the guild tag function in game and I'm not able to activate the assign button. I've tried as many combinations of maps as I could think to do, but there's no way to currently assign a tag. I'm not sure if this was just deactivated until they figure out a better way to introduce the tags for POE2, but it doesn't appear to be working currently.
