Unique - Radiant Grief Lace Hood stops working properly after resurrection

I have the Radiant Grief Lace Hood unique hat, which ignites enemies when they get close to me.

The effect of igniting enemy stops working when I die and get resurrected by another player.

I have to unequip it and re-equip it each time for the effect to start working again.
