No Breach Splinter

Hello

with my deadeye there are no breach splinter dropping. i tried it in round about 20 breaches, no single splinter. Deadeye is using explosive shot to clear. i think the skill is causing that issue. with my infernalist splinters are dropping like intended. both characters are able to do the same content.
