Warbringer's Renly's Training is actually a downgrade

It is kinda sad how lame Renly's Training is at the moment. It just make the block of your local shield equals to 40%. You can reach 40% with a low tier prefix of "increased block chance" (tier 3 ~ ilevel > 30). It is actually a downgrade if you think about endgame gear, which can reach 81% increased block chance. That makes your local block chance reache 47%.

Please, buff it, to at least 50% local block chance. Or just dont make it gate the "spell block node" Turtle Charm. It is pretty weird to have to pick a downgrade before going to this node. Especially when Turtle Charm drawnback (35% less block chance) is already kinda big.

There are 2 things you forget here. A) It saves you the affix of increased block chance on a rare shield in the endgame, which means you can get another good one. B) There are strong unique shields like svalinn - surrender or whatever where it is also a very significant buff.
You're right about increased chance on uniques, so it might have some use. But it is still a downgrade for rare shields. The only good things you can have on shield's prefixes are life and block. You can still get armour, but it's currently in a pretty bad spot regardless of the amount of it that you stack. Regardless, the 3 prefixes are enough to get life, armour and local block chance, so, yes, 40% fixed is a downgrade for must endgame builds focused on block.

I do think that they should buff it, remove the downside on Turtle Charm, or at least change the order of those two nodes. It would improve build diversity. You shouldn't be forced to pick a 40% fixed base block if you just wanted to build a functional "max block build", when your target is a shield with the highest amount of block possible.
