Bug Description:
The unique belt Birthright Buckle Wide Belt, which is supposed to ensure 100% of a Life Flask's recovery is applied instantly, is negatively impacted when the Life Flask has the modifier "30% of recovery applied instantly." Instead of overriding this modifier, the belt only applies 70% instant recovery, significantly devaluing its intended functionality.

Expected Behavior:
The belt should override all Life Flask modifiers to ensure 100% of the recovery is applied instantly, as clearly intended by its design.
