Rarity of greater jeweller's (and other) orbs

My current character has over 100k kills of monsters of up to level 71. With moderate equipment rarity from the start, 50%-65% equipment rarity for most of the game, and a golden charm from early on, this character has had the following crafting orb drops:

0 greater jeweller's orbs
0 divine orbs
0 annulment orbs
0 perfect jeweller's orbs

This represents, in my opinion, clear and excessive stinginess with respect to high-end crafting orb drops under these conditions.
