The damage Archmage provides in tooltip increases by 15% when unequipping and requipping any gear piece with mana or int or ES w/ EB. I gain 15% more damage in tooltip by simply unequipping and requipping any single gear piece with mana, int or ES. Even unequipping and equipping jewels with int works.

There are a couple exceptions. Weapon swapping affects mana pool but does not increase the tooltip DPS after swapping back. Also Dream Fragments has increased maximum mana mod but unequipping and requipping does not change the tooltip. Same with Ingenuity Belt.

My total mana pool and int do not change after unequipping and requipping gear. Only the tooltip DPS increases by around 15%.

Edit: This bug only occurs when I use Dream Fragments with Kalandra's Touch together. I cannot reproduce the bug when using only one of the two rings and a different ring. But when using both Dream Fragments and Kalandra's Touch together, the tooltip increases when unequipping and requipping any gear with mana int or ES.

Edit 2: It turns out it's not related to Archmage at all. But Kalandra's Touch and Dream Fragments only.
