Did Xsolla Wallet cause my account to be locked?

Xsolla Wallet refunded the payment for my Path of Exile 2 game. (This was the only transaction on my credit card this month, and it was regarded as an abnormal transaction.)
I can no longer log in to the official website of Path of Exile 2. Is it possible to unlock the account? Can I make another purchase with this account? If so, will my previous characters and saved game data still be available? Last bumped on Dec 27, 2024, 9:23:21 AM

Your characters would be on your original account, so you'd need to regain access to that if you want to play using those characters. Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with account-related issues over the forums, so you'll need to contact our team at support@grindinggear.com for assistance!

Thank you for your reply. I've already sent an email regarding the relevant issue to the support team's Email. I just hope to get a reply soon. (Last time, it took 12 days to get a response after my inquiry.)
