Access to POE2 revoked without apparent reason: bug or not?

Hi guys,

I have played the early access up to level 30, but can't seem to login any longer.Upon logging in I get the error: Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access.

When I login to the path of exile website, I also see the same message.

Is this a bug, or intended, or something else? When I read online I see that multiple people lost their access to the game, seems very urgent!

Did you purchase the key on the website here ? Or via some reseller keysites ? The latter ones get autoblacklisted after a while - if purchased via website here then you should contact support asap.

A second hand key website. So I guess there is no way to regain access?

Same issue.
Bought via a reseller as well. First key in 15+ years that had issues but i got my money back so all good.

Strange they don't give any reason though, only thing i got after i re-entered the key was "invalid key" which can mean a lot of things. I mean, it was valid, why isn't it any more?

Either way, i contacted support for it but since it's XMas time and due to many people messaging them rn it might take a few days, i suppose.

me same issue . i buy from kinguin... never happen before.. i already made a ticket but no response from poe or kinguin..

Even steam buyers has have this issue,Steam which have been here years before GGG was even thought of.

:D do you really believe a keygen puts out a working key(it´s not 1996 bro)?

GGG sold those keys, wheater or not they got paid via fraudulent credit cards or vpn regions dosn´t matter, the keys were "real" and got revoked and it happened to countless people.

Support dosnt even answer the requests, i had to find out about whats going on via STEAM and Reddit.

anyway, enjoy the game, who cares for people that got scammed.

Go to Trustpilot and leave them a bad review with your Order Number, this accelerates the process 10x.

Give them what they need, PRESSURE.

(talking bout Kinguin, but i guess it also helps with POE Support)
