Primed for stun 90-95% in parties

I can't find anyone talking about this issue. Is it just me, do warrior players have no friends? But ever since the fix for primed for stun in parties, it no longer works. It seems the threshold and build up of stun is pushed back. It is pushed back from 40% to 90% or higher in a full party. I don't see any indictor in the tool tip that says primed for stun changes or goes away in a party. So I assume this is a bug. It's been weeks since the "fix".

-Fixed a bug which caused enemies to be Primed for Stun or Electrocute earlier than intended while in a party.

Anyone else having this issue or is Electrocute having this issue as well? Warriors with friends are suffering out there.
