Golden keys dont exist in Trial of Sekhemas.

Just as the title suggests, I go into golden key rooms and the pillar holding the key is empty. golden keys dont drop from chests, enemies or bosses either. This has happened to me consistently for over 10 trials, across 2 different characters. It first started after I equipped a relic that has a 5% chance to upgrade keys on floor completion. afterwards, I tried running with no relics, running with different relics, rerunning with the same relic and nothing has fixed this issue. I'm unsure what more to try and because of this I can't run trials for time-lost jewels.
