storm caller arrow and cross bow fire command bugged ( stuck in weapon swap animation slow walking)

steps to repro.

have storm caller arrows with a bow and galvanic shards with a cross bow.

you make sure you have ur ammo on the skill fully loaded, use storm caller arrow on key bind in the skill slot IE for me key bind E playing wasd, then click the cross bow fire skill, notice the the player cant fire or reload any ammo to get them self out of the animation and the cross bow doesn't fire and you are slowed like your reloading, only work around is to show storm caller arrow again, and then swap to an ammo thats not loaded and then fire the shot, if u try to fire any previous loaded ammo after shooting storm caller arrow with the cross bow fire buttom of wtv skill IE: (not the load galvanic shots skill but the fire galvanic shards button) you will be stuck in a forever loading animation this is very janky, when trying to do high tier maps when trying to stun with one then fire off , I know how to swap to a different skill before using the skill i want after using storm caller arrow just to the cross bow can fire and i dont get stuck in a reload animation that makes me walk super slow like i was reloading.
