Overwhelming Presence Aura effects bugging out enemies

For a while it looked like my graphics card was breaking when the effect was being applied to enemies. The grey lines over the enemies are breaking the visibility of enemies, some are turning invisible temporarily (I checked that the enemies don't turn invisible from any effects). The grey line effect needs to be reworked or reduced. It is actually frustrating to play with this aura enabled.
