Atlas map not loading, looks like lost progress?

I cannot see the area in which i have explored a tremendous amount already. almost looks as if the map isnt loading completely? I know for a fact I have explored down there because i completed a stone citadel.

I have the same.
Sometime when completing another map it load again. So it is only visual. |
