Incompatible Support Gem Recommendation for Artillery Ballista

Hi,
The game recommends using the Hourglass support gem with Artillery Ballista. However, this recommendation is incorrect because:

- The tooltip for Hourglass indicates that it cannot be socketed with Artillery Ballista.
- It is not possible to manually socket Hourglass into Artillery Ballista.

- Functionality Bug

Expected Behavior and Fix:
The Hourglass support gem should either be compatible with Artillery Ballista as recommended or the recommendation should be removed to avoid confusion.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Use Uncut Support Gem
- Check the recommendations for Artillery Ballista, noting the inclusion of Hourglass. [Note that hover tooltip is stating incompatibility with Artillery Ballista]
- Attempt to socket Hourglass into Artillery Ballista. No socket highlight.
- Observe, by hovering mouse over engreved support gem with Hourglass skill, that the tooltip explicitly states incompatibility

The bug can be consistently reproduced. Removing or placing other support gems did not resolve the issue; however, not all possible combinations of support gems were tested. Exiting to the character selection screen and re-entering the game did not fix the problem. Relaunching the game also did not resolve the issue.
