Trial of Chaos Bug with Blink

If you Blink at the entrance to a trial, you can clip down the elevator without starting the trial. There is no way to start the trial or recall the elevator.

Exiting the trial fails the ultimatum.

This happened to me as well during the blood circles event. I blinked down the elevator and I could not hit any of the monsters after:

Similar bug with blink:

While in the trial (1st trial), i've blinked near the elevator while still having some monsters to kill. It positioned me on top of the elevator (one that proceeds to the next room). Leaving elevator it sent it down, with no way to recall it.

Somehow i've placed myself in the corner near the elevator and blinked myself down.

Finished killing rest of the monsters (while end trial elevator being down) and got "Proceed to the next room". Elevator doesn't trigger at all - and i can't progress further. The lever near elevator does not highlight any action, and i can't use it.

Same issue for me too! Logging in and out doesn't fix it.
