Explosion on death remove/rework

There are legitimate game design flaws and issues with the game PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO SEE. Open your eyes.

Literally every single/every other rare mob, and there are hundreds on them on juiced maps explodes on death after a delay, that delay is enough for a caster to walk into it or you have to wait for like 3-5 seconds on each mob death. Explosion not only stuns/incacipates, it deals way too much damage, Kripparian talked about how overtuned damage numbers are. Literally fully res capped, and 7kish hp and you can get oneshot by it. Moreover it can stack multiple times, it is not a single explosion but a group of mobs dying you are screwed.

I am not even talking about stacking negative res mods, delirium mods, and many other stuff you would want to stack to juice your maps.

The game is already slow and sloggy, now this makes it much slower, want to chase mobs? here is your death ticket and minus 10% exp, 10% exp and 95 level and higher is about 2-3 hours of intense non-stop grind. You only get 1% or less for an average t15 map.

Why every mob explodes? Because they have alot of rare affixes, and there simply not enough affixes in the game, so every other mobs gets an explosive affix.

What stupid is that explosions do more damage than a mob does alive. They likely do dmg related to mob HP.

I have another problem with on death explosions, it literally throws my FPS under the truck. Going from 70s to 20s in a spike lag.
