POE1 | Game crashes at map changing.

Hello. The game freezes when transitioning to a new map. During the freeze, the cursor slows down significantly and then becomes unresponsive. The game does not react to keyboard shortcuts, and it becomes impossible to exit. However, my background music continues to play. :)

How can I fix this issue? The drivers are up to date, and other games run stably.

I am having the same issue. The game and my PC crash while on the loading screen. It is becoming increasingly frequent. During the last hour, it has happened four times.
IT has happened when using the waypoint or portal scrolls. In many different maps from act I to act 3 (new player here).

My GPU is NVIDIA GeFOrece RTC 4060 Ti (drivers are up-to-date).
