Minions stopped spawning. Merry Christmas!

Was working fine earlier, fought the act 3 boss and started cruel, took a break. Came back and went back to do some ascendencies. Minions would no longer spawn and flamewall will no longer spawn SRS. I have SRS and arsonists. I changed no options or gear from when it was working earlier.

PoE 2
Lvl 48 Witch
Total: 201 spirit
SRS: 27 spirit
Arsonists: 37 spirit
1 SRS + 4 Arsonists with 26 leftover spirit.
All points allocated.
No other spirit reliant support or skill gems.
Proper weapon set.
Tried restarting game multiple times and computer once.
Verified file integrity on Steam.
Tried in multiple maps in cruel and standard.

There was a small 65kb patch that was downloaded when I came back to play. Not sure if that someone affected it. I have a text above my skills saying "73 spirit" whether I have the points allocated with 26 left, or all points refunded.

Bumping because I'm getting no feedback and still cannot play the game.

Can I please get some sort of feedback that you are aware of this bug and are working on it? It's been 5 days and no answers. This I hate to be that guy, but I spent over 100 dollars on a supporter pack and more on POE1. This is the only avenue you give me for help and won't give me any feedback. It's really disheartening.
