Trial Scorpion Boss Burrowed Off Screen and Got Stuck

During the Trial of the Sekhemas 3rd boss fight, the scorpion boss used its burrowing move and somehow ended up in the post-boss fight area (the place where Balbala waits) and couldn't come back. I could see the boss from the edge of my screen and hear it in the top right corner, but since it could come back, I had to forfeit my trial. Sad that it was a pretty good run for my 4th set of ascendancy points. (Lvl 77 map).

No, after re-entry, you can extend the test from the same location. I went to the boss and killed him without any problems.
