Character skill-locked after using skill

This happens very often on my Titan. Sometimes after using hammer of the gods, or even stampede i can't do any other skill for some seconds, not even roll or do any sort of action except moving around. It's not cooldowns as you can't do any skill during this period. Usually it lasts 3-4 seconds but it happens frequently often and I find it quite strange.

Anyone else has experienced this ?

yeah its shit show of fucking bugg, on my monk i get that quite often, suddenly skill not working is sooooo fucking annoying that specially when it happens during a fucking breach and the only fucking survival asshat shit this game i got is freeze with herald of ice, i end up running around like fucking idiot and hope tooo god i can use the skill before i get mobbed. ggg wtf wtf wtf, sooo many fucking maps i lost because of this, and noo im not stun or tun locked as this is the favourite shit from ggg devs, pleeeeease sort this out.

ok now ive vented, i think the bug todo with that same thing when people got name locked with their curser or something im using wasd and my main skill is on left click, but whatever the fuuuuuuuck it is, unlesss the lovely devs have put in a hidden fucking silence or whatever u get from mob that disables using skills which it doesnt show as debuff.

p.s im loving the game, dont get me wrong, im really enjoying it , but my god it can be soo frustrating with some of this buggs and imbalance, cant wait for next path.
