Blackflame amethyst ring + incinerate + dark effigy

currently trying this combo, the Blackflame does make incinerate do a chaos ignite, however is not adding to # of chaos dots for purpose of # of projectiles fired from dark effigy, and also appears to not be using said Blackflame visual effect (from wiki - not actually stated on ring in game)... just wondering what is the intended outcome is here... I'm always in favor of more skill combinations and unique interactions for unique items, so I'm hoping this synergizes more in the future.
