Uncut Spirit gem 8 and 9 bug

I used a Uncut Spirit gem level 9 to get Cast on Freeze the gem disappeared but no new buff skill gem appeared!

I then just to test also used a Uncut spirit gem level 8 with the same result so now I am down 2 Uncut spirit gems with nothing to show :/

Information I did not have any open skills slots available when I tried it.
I used the gem's from the stash tab type Gem stash.

Never mind found them-
They where added to the gem tab in front of a bunch of uncut buff gems level 1.
