Cannot spend the coins I have and cannot even buy coins to spend.....plz help

It only shows my coins on this website but even here it does not let me spend them it only gives me the "buy coins option". I cannot buy coins in game either because the screen is blank. I just reached endgame and I really need stash tabs please help. Also, I bought 3 copies of this game. Will it be possible to transfer all the coins to this account?
