Red text on active Buffs

Does anyone know why two of my buffs have red text but still say "active" and when I turn one of the other buffs off they turn back to blue? I have enough Spirit (as you can see in the upper left hand corner). It just seems like if they are red that they are probably not "really" active and turned on.
