Explosive grenade 1200% cooldown

Was running around in the traitors passage and somehow my explosive grenades got a cooldown of 1 minute (base 5 seconds). It happened when i was fighting a rare mob (don't know its mods). All other skills were fine (gas grenade, permafrost bolt, fragmentation rounds)

Support gems: Fast Forward, martial tempo, payload

I am having the same issue. Did you figure it out by any chance?

This has happened to me a few times. Only explosive grenades were affected. Quickly moving the gem out of the slot and back in fixed it.

The most recent time it happened was with a rare monster with the temporal bubble.

confirming as at 0.2.0f that this bug is still happening, and I believe the same as phantom_voltage's situation, when it happened while fighting a rare with the temporal bubble.

Temporal Bubble increases the cooldown timer for skills used inside it. Cooldown is set when a skill is used, so moving out of the bubble won't change it back to its lower time immediately.
