Will using VOICEATTACK GET ME BANNED?

A question for GGG, and anyone else who might have a definitive answer.

I want to experiment with some voice input. The app I wish to use is VOICEATTACK.

I know there are legitimate issues with using ingame mods. Will using this get my account banned?
