Error when buy currency stash in POE2

Dear GGG's support team,

18 Dec, 24 I purchased a Currency Stash in Path of Exile 2.

However, when I made the purchase, the system did not display any confirmation of the transaction or deduct any points; instead, it just kept loading.

After I exited to the character selection screen and then logged back in, I noticed that my stash now contains 5 x Currency Stashes.

I only intended to purchase one Currency Stash for 75 points. Please remove the four extra Currency Stashes and refund me 300 points.
