Option to disable skill effects of party members
Playing in a party of people, even in small ones of 2-3, the cluttering of the screen feels awful, furthermore the performance tanks like crazy, so you cant even see whats going on and the game runs really bad, i like to play with friends and this doesnt encourage methodical gameplay at all, just a spamfest of meta builds that would kill everything on the screen without even aiming to it.
So i think it hurts a lot of aspects of the game, less build diversity if u play in partys, gameplay becomes a cookie clicker, and the game is just not enjoyable because of the clutter and fps tanking. I would love to be able to disable all skill effects from party members as an option, there is no need to see them, and i want to see whats in the screen and roll out of danger when its needed (as intended judging by the campaign, i know the endgame is now poe1, but im gessing that would be tweaked) I know a lot of people just play alone, but the social aspects of the game could be really fun, with the guild system, and sharing good maps. I am totally agree with this post. Being able to disable skill effects from party members would be awesome, especially for people who have somewhat older computers... even having a powerful computer, I think it would improve the gaming experience.
If not... at least reduce them partially. Please | |
100% agree. I play with my partner and hes doing a demon form fire witch and I can't see anything on my screen due to all his explosive effects.
The ability to reduce the effects of allies would be fantastic and possibly stop me from getting epilepsy! |

I agree that we should be able to lower the particle effects of party members, but would also love to reduce my own skill effects. I love playing a fire mage but i hate never being able to see blood/poison pools on the ground...

I agree with this as well. We need an option to tune it down somehow on our end…..even though the witch inferno spells look awesome, it takes up the playing field and makes it hard to see.

i agree with this. I think wee need an option to regulate the skills effects in general, both in only player and in party.I never play in a party for the moment, but i can imagine how it feel when all the people are making their abilities at the same time. I play an infernalist build, and most al the time i can't see what's happening in the screen because all the efects. Things like that became a problem when the difficulty of the game scales. I used to play other games with this problem, and an option to regulate that make it so much more comfortable.
